Gather ("we", "our", or "us") is a social scheduling app that helps friends coordinate time together. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We also receive read access to your Google Calendar (free/busy information only) to suggest meeting times. We store your name, email, and free/busy calendar data on our servers.
We request read-only access to your Google Calendar's free/busy data. We do not read event titles, descriptions, attendees, or any other event details. We only use this data to identify when you are available for gatherings.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Credentials are stored using industry-standard practices. We do not store your Google password or full calendar contents.
Gather is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
